Commercial Pool Cleaning Rates—Service Every Monday and Friday Starting at $175
"Commercial" is a broad classification. There are semi-public pools such as pools in apartment or other residential communities or at hotels and motels. There is also a classification for public pools which include municipal pools or pools that charge admission to the public. Lastly, there are public pools that are designated for schools, colleges, universities and also for competition. The state and city requirements are extensive. Higher filtration rates, 24-hour circulation, minimum decking width, ADA requirements, are just a few of the literally hundreds of special requirements for commercial pools. Service MUST be provided by a technician that has been certified through the Pima County Health Department which all of our technicians are. All public and semi-public pools are required to have service provided by a technician certified like all of our technicians through Pima County Health Department.

Weekly cleaning and chemical adjustments are performed on your pool as well as filtration and pump system inspection and servicing. This basic service keeps your pool clean and alerts you to problems with your system. Price includes all chemicals. Bi-Weekly Chemical Service—Priced from $45 If you like to "do it yourself", at least do your pool a favor by letting professionals manage its water quality. Save your pools finish, your equipment, and possibly your family's health by having us out bi-weekly to manage your pool water. Price includes all chemicals.
Regular Vacuuming & Cleaning Regular brushing and vacuuming of the pool is essential. Manual vacuuming and brushing should be done at least weekly or depending on the plan. Dirt and debris consume chemicals and can stain the pool. Therefore, remove all leaves, debris, and dirt as soon as possible with a good cleaning. For heavy debris accumulation, a "Pool Shark" is a must! It's a proven tool that's fast and very effective costing hundreds less than most equivalent pool cleaners! Observe your pool daily and give attention as necessary to these other important cleaning tasks, keep pump and skimmer baskets clean as a clogged basket restricts filtration. Also keep water level up and don't allow it to go below skimmer opening.
Price Adjustments Based on:
• Size of Pool • Age & Condition of Components • Screened or Open-Air |
• Chemical Demand of Pool • Trees, Shrubs & Vegetation |
• Access to Pool • Location

Remodeling & Refinishing Quartz finishes contain natural and artificial quartz aggregates, cement, and modifiers. The aggregate sizes are smaller than pebble finishes and produces a smoother texture. They are available in a variety of colors and textures and are most widely used.
A Word about Pets Pool Solutions requests that pets be placed inside the home or otherwise secured on service days. We do our best to guarantee your pets safety while servicing your pool but we cannot be responsible for pets that escape during our service call. As well, we will not service your pool if "guarded" by an unfriendly dog left unrestrained. We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding household pets.
Service Days The services detailed above are for a minimum of 48 cleaning days per year. If your service day falls on a holiday we will make every attempt to work it into another service day that same week, however we may not always be able to. As well, some weather conditions or vehicle or equipment circumstances beyond our control may also cause a missed service day periodically throughout the year.
Pool Owner Responsibilities During summer months we need your filter system to run at least 8 hours each day of the week. All the chemicals in the world don't help stagnant water stay clear. Automatic water fill systems are your responsibility, not Pool Solutions. If they malfunction your water bill is not the responsibility of Pool Solutions.
